She is the new owner of Focus Point Billing and also owns Erica’s Billing Services, a behavioral health billing company established in 2020 that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) billing.
Throughout her career, Erica has helped healthcare providers across various specialties streamline their billing processes, increase collections, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Her deep understanding of coding, claims management, and payer requirements allows her to deliver efficient, accurate, and customized billing solutions.
