Founder- Owner

With over 16 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, Erica Quigley is a dedicated professional who brings precision, transparency, and expertise to every client partnership. She is the new owner of Focus Point Billing and also owns Erica’s Billing Services, a behavioral health billing company established in 2020 that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) billing.


Throughout her career, Erica has helped healthcare providers across various specialties streamline their billing processes, increase collections, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Her deep understanding of coding, claims management, and payer requirements allows her to deliver efficient, accurate, and customized billing solutions.


Passionate about supporting healthcare professionals, Erica’s mission is to help providers stay focused on patient care while she ensures their billing operations run smoothly and successfully behind the scenes.
